Description
Savino Del Bene is looking for a Sales Representative to strengthen its organization in the branch office of Vitoria, Espirito Santo.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Win, retain and develop customers through sales activity in air/ocean freight forwarding;
- Generate sales leads using company provided resources as well as from own development;
- Maintain and develop relationship with customers through constant contact;
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives;
- Keep track of sales activities (i.e. CRM documentation, sales reports);
- Partner internally to build solutions for customers, including pricing, implementation and future growth opportunities.
Skills and experience required:
- 3-5 years of experience in international freight forwarding sales;
- Proactivity, ability to take ownership, willingness to go the extra mile for customers and build long term relationships;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Creativity and flexibility;
- Local market knowledge (customers and competitors);
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of Office package;
- Proven track record of success in freight forwarding sale;
- Fluent in English;
- Driver’s license and the ability to travel in assigned territory.
