Principais atividades:
Acompanhamento de pedidos e ordens através do sistema;
Solicitar itens indisponíveis;
Processar remessas e enviar picklist para o armazém;
Solicitar notas fiscais de pedidos fechados;
Fornecer status sobre a entrega ao setor de customer service;
Garantir o compliance dos relatórios e documentos necessários para a operação;
Requisitos:
Curso superior completo em Comércio exterior, Relações Internacionais, Logística, Adminitração ou afins;
Inglês avançado;
Habilidade para trabalhar sob pressão e atender a múltiplos prazos;
Pró-ativo(a);
Motivado (a) por desafios;
Bons conhecimentos em informática;
Experiência na área marítima será um diferencial;
Espanhol será um diferencial.
