Job summary
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for business partnering, decision support, financial modeling, controllership and operations cost controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Completed in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or similar degree;
- Experience in positions delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation of business results;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, and familiarity with databases (pivots, lookups, for example);
- Fluent English and Portuguese;
- SQL and VBA knowledge and experience;
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Support financial review processes including monthly financial, quarterly and annual business reviews, planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analytics;
- Drive continual standardization and streamlining of planning and forecasting processes;
- Develop tools to drive better understanding of Brazil performance and metric trends;
- Work closely with the Operations & Supply Chain team and be responsible for tracking associated expenses;
- Collect, analyze and manage quantitative data and create meaningful analyses to lead business improvement and cost reductions;
- Build financial models, presenting analyses and recommendations to senior leadership.
