Role Summary
We are looking for a candidate for Financial Planning and Analysis Intern (FP&A). This is a two-year program for immersive career development in the Finance at GE Power Conversion. You will be responsible for Reporting, Budget and Forecasting review supporting, Cost Control and Account Payable report.
Essential Responsibilities
- Base Cost Reporting and Control;
- Financial monthly and quarterly closing;
- Support on Year and Quarterly Budget Review;
- Support and propose opportunities for cost saving initiatives;
- Drive issue resolution;
- Participate in cash planning, forecasting and analysis process.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Currently studying Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar;
- Fluent in English, both written and speaking;
- Solid user level MS Office skills (Mainly Excel);
- Organization and communication skills;
- Excellent analytical ability;
- Excellent problem-solving and improvement implement skills;
- 30 hours/week working availability.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience with SAP;
- Finance & Accountant background;
- Fluent in Spanish;
- VBA and Coding skills.
