About The Team
SAP Experience Center São Leopoldo is dedicated to support the company’s vision of making the world run better and improving people’s lives through world-class sessions that inspire innovation, foster deeper customer relationships and serve as a hub for thought leadership. The SAP Experience Center São Leopoldo Team is chartered with ensuring that the ultimate goals and objectives of each visit are met and exceeded.
What You’ll Do
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – SC Brazil Admin
Location: São Leopoldo, RS
In This Role, You’ll
- Arrange and manage presential and/or virtual customer visits & events at SAP Labs Latin America.
- Spark creative ideas and find inspiration in new, innovative technologies.
- Establish and maintain contact with the sales and presales areas, as well as with customers across Latin America.
- Make presentations and materials for the team and visits if needed.
- Manage the “Labs Ambassadors” group developing trainings, presentations and agendas.
- Be attentive to details and focused on results.
- Be a fast learner, responsible, dynamic, proactive, dedicated, organized and communicative person.
- Have good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Successfully manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
- Team-orientation and an ability to communicate well with team members and managers.
- Create & maintain reports when needed.
Who You Are
- University student enrolled to Business Administration, International Relations, Bilingual Executive Assistant, Marketing or any other related courses.
- Advanced English skills (written & spoken).
- Spanish skills (written & spoken).
- Good skills with Microsoft Office applications.
- Design skills are a plus.

The SAP Experience Center São Leopoldo Intern has a key role in planning, executing and facilitating briefings and visits including interfacing with sales executives, sales management, marketing and industry experts from all lines of business across SAP. We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. That enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
