RESUMO
FUNÇÕES E RESPONSABILIDADES ESSENCIAIS
Funções:
1. Elaboração de métricas de perfomance da área
2. Análise de reportes e elaboração de estudos detalhados
3. Extração de dados do sistema dos brokers para acompanhamento
4. Criar ordens de pagamento dos custos logísticos e manter a planilha de controle dos mesmos atualizadas
5. Acompanhamento dos processos de desembaraço junto aos brokers parceiros nos países designados
6. Lançamento de numerários com os gastos logísticos no e-Comex
7. Aprovação de Workflows de pagamento
8. Manter as planilhas de status de logística atualizados
QUALIFICAÇÃO NECESSÁRIA
Formação:
Relações Internacionais, Administração, Comércio Exterior, cursos correlatos
Experiência:
Conhecimento (s) / Habilidades Específica (s): Pacote Office (principalmente com um bom conhecimento de excel ), Oracle (desejável), Inglês Avançado e espanhol desejável
Qualificações Técnicas/Normativas e Cerfiticações Necessárias: Conhecimento de Nomenclaturas do comercio exterior, Incoterm, termos logísticos, conhecimento básico do processo aduaneiro
