Description
– Responsible for coordinating the growth strategy and business development activities working with the commercial and technical teams;
– Recognizes deficiencies in commercial capabilities vs. strategies. Drive leveraging, design and implementation of solutions;
– Identify the appropriate marketing & sales tools, processes, and metrics. Leverage them across the marketing & sales function within the businesses;
– Drive the implementation and ensure discipline around key marketing and sales activities and work processes, i.e., developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies, market/account planning, account management, contract management processes & tools, pricing and margin optimization including price approval and documentation process, distribution and customer consolidation process, customer classification, Customer Relationship Management, sales rebates and sales force deployment;
– Best-practice sharing and leveraging opportunities;
– Establish a well-developed tracking mechanism for major project initiatives with deliverables to be met for each phase;
– Charter key-to-strategy improvement projects. Act as Local Champion for Commercial projects that span the business portfolios;
– Functional Process Specific knowledge.
Qualifications
– Graduation in Administration, Financial, Business or Agribusiness areas.
– Strong knowledge in analytical and business tools.
– Advanced Excel
