- Experience in Agile Execution.
- Have strong communications skills (written and verbal) – need to communicate at all levels within the business and external service providers / business partners.
- Background of working on JAVA related projects highly preferred.
- Over 5 – 7 years relevant experience.
- Experience in Logistics – desired.
Business Analyst – Job Description
- Interacts with business partners and/or IT staff to gather and document information related to requirements.
- Study, analyze and document customer’s business processes and operational scenarios and associates them to software deliverables.
- Analyze customer requirements and write functional specifications ensuring user-friendliness.
- Gather, develop, coordinate, and maintain business requirements for various projects and/or systems from initial phase to final implementation, assuring requirements meet standards. Independently sorts low to medium complexity business issues to recommend appropriate direction.
- Negotiate with users on requirements scope and timelines, as required.
- Develop and document use cases & functional documentation. Coordinate the capture of process models and functional testing, ensuring system is functionally appropriate.
- Develop and manage user acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate the process to analyze, evaluate, implement, and maintain systems developed internally and/or externally with 3rd parties.
- Communication to teams regarding business requirements, Impact Analysis.
- Assist in establishing end user training.
