Job Description:

  • Screening of incoming CV’s and creating shortlist on system for Hiring Manager
  • Posting job vacancies via recruitment system, ensuring recruitment system data is correct and up to date
  • Manage the candidate feedback process to guaranty the best candidate experience
  • Participating in recruitment cycle for entry level, Front Line positions
  • Posting job advertisements (external and internal)
  • Participating in employee relations, labor relations and conflict resolution
  • Supporting in selection and recruitment (pre-selection of candidates, scheduling interviews, advertising on jobs sites / internally at the company)
  • Support in delivering HR administrative activities
  • Ensures policy consistency and consistency/compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Contacting the new starters and collecting the necessary documents for the establishment of a working relationship
  • Preparing and updating of the documentation for the registration and check-out of employees for compulsory social security, as well as the submission of documentation to the competent funds
  • Preparation of Contracts, Contract Amendments, Resolutions and all other necessary employment documentation
  • Preparation of Holiday resolutions and keeping track of absences
  • Supporting employees in providing necessary employment certificates and other requested documents
  • Daily communication with the Pension Fund, the Republic Health Insurance Fund and the Central Registrer

Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • University degree
  • Drivers license
  • Preferred experience in administrative work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English
