Genpact is searching for dynamic, open-minded, mature individuals for this position, willing to relocate to any of our sites.
The duties of the position will include reviewing video, documentation, and images that have been uploaded to social media platforms and making informative decisions on whether or not that content is appropriate, according to guidelines set by our client. You will learn about these specific guidelines and policies during an 8 week paid training class, taken here at our office.

• Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on clients site such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content;
• Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy;
• Use market specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users;
• Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site;
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions;
• Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team.
Minimum Requirements:
• 85% english leve;
• Reasoning/analytical capabilities;
• MS Office knowledge;
• Education: High School Diploma/GED.
Experience:
•Min. 1 year prior Operations experience in a comparable service/process management environment.
High affinity and cultural awareness of political/social situation regarding the relevant market/region that will be supported– which is critical to be aware of the cultural/regional differences for nuanced policy decisions to be applied in accordance with the clients standard policies and training materials.
