Role Summary:
Suportar o comprador nas atividades da cadeia de suprimentos, ajudando a obter as melhores condições de compra de materiais, ao menor preço possível, dentro dos padrões estabelecidos em termos de prazo e qualidade.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Auxiliar o comprador a obter cotações de preços e prazos de entrega através de pedidos com os fornecedores qualificados, buscando os melhores preços e condições possíveis na compra de materiais
· Trabalhar em conjunto com o comprador para preparar e emitir ordens de compras e atualizações das ordens
· Colaborar no controle, planejamento e monitoramento orçamentário emitindo relatórios de acompanhamento;
· Auxiliar o comprador, verificando o conteúdo dos desenhos, especificações e faturas de materiais, visando facilitar o cumprimento do prazo de entrega dos materiais;
· Ajudar no acompanhamento dos prazos de entrega para assegurar o cumprimento das programações;
· Pesquisar novos fornecedores de produtos e serviços diversos, visando desenvolver fontes alternativas de suprimentos;
Qualifications:
· Formação: Cursando Ensino Superior; Administração, Relações Internacionais, Economia ou Engenharias
· Treinamento(s) / Habilidades Específica(s): inglês avançado + pacote office
Desired Characteristics:
· Inglês fluente
· conhecimento de sistemas ( Oracle)
