Essential Responsibilities
Support a contract management team in the demands for Customer Orders, contribute to meeting the goals, respecting the quality standards defined by the company.
Execution:
Assist in the analysis of purchase orders received when required by contract managers;
When necessary, request a correction of the request with the client of any divergence with a technical and commercial proposal;
Launch purchase order in the Management System;
Communication with other areas (financial, production, shipping);
Report to the seller responsible the launch of the request, requesting authorization in the Management System;
Perform support activities for the contracts management;
Control equipment sold, borrowed and leased;
Register new customers and products keep them updated;
Perform activities to support “Operations” in the preparation of the report on process measurements;
Keep contact with other areas of the company for deadlines, credit, etc.
Strategy & Improvement
Support the time management of contracts and Customer PO’s;
Support for comments and conclusions of the results of the contracts;
Requisitos
Cursando Administração, Relações Internacionais, Secretariado Executivo, Comércio Exterior ou Engenharia de Produção;
Formação prevista a partir de junho de 2020;
Inglês avançado;
Office: Excel.
Desejável:
Espanhol;
