Position Purpose

This position is responsable to develop the MDLZ business performance, in the indirect channel, focused in managing people and executing customized actions in all retail environment.

Main Responsibilities

Knowledge about policies and code of conduct and compliance;

JBP, focuses on ND, Sell Out and net revenue Growth, Perfect Store and pricing;

Support the TD team to make the best choices to develop the actions on trade;

Recruiting, training and developing the indirect team

Managing CCA actions, POP, MSL and Perfect Store application

Deep knower of the indirect channel and TD bussines

Presenting the development of business plan (MDLZ vs TD’S) to different level of people(indirect tem, Directors, Owners, Managers).

To be able to negotiate targets monthly, and guide TD to better results;

It´s importante to know all the competitors, our categories, strategies and plans to all enviroment retail and our resources to present and sell to the stores and to TD;

Managing information and resources to capture better results.

Academic Knowledge

Bachelor’s Degree and Post Graduate Diploma it’s a greatest asset.

Working Knowledge
Knowledge in managing people and planning it’s really important for this position.
