Job Overview:
As a Business Development Representative at Halo Health Clinic, you will play a crucial role in expanding our innovative mental healthcare services. Our clinic operates as a stand-alone urgent care facility specifically for mental health, offering immediate and compassionate care to individuals in crisis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with emergency rooms across Las Vegas to facilitate referrals and partnerships.
- Identify and engage potential new clients and community partners to increase clinic awareness and client base.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and organizations specializing in mental health and substance use treatment to create integrated care solutions.
- Implement strategies to promote Halo Health Clinic’s unique approach to mental healthcare in the local community and beyond.
- Participate in community outreach programs and events to educate the public about mental health issues and the services offered by the clinic.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements and opportunities for growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with the mental health treatment landscape, including substance use disorders.
- Established relationships with emergency rooms and healthcare providers in Las Vegas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- A compassionate understanding of mental health challenges and a commitment to improving patient care in this field.
