Airswift is seeking an Jr. Recruitment Analyst to work on a outsourced temporary (1 year) contract, in Rio de Janeiro or Macaé, with a major Oil & Gas Company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out with recruitment and selection process.
- Conduct interviews with candidates.
- Provide support to candidates through all the hiring process.
- Select resumes compatible with the positions.
- Align profile with the managers of different areas.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment processes
- Experience with conducting interviews
- Experience in the O&G sector is a plus
- Advanced English
