The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to management team and respective organization.
The role requires the ability to coordinate a number of tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines with good organizational and interpersonal abilities.
It’s a critical role to effectively and efficiently operate the function.
• Administrative support to the department and function’s manager, that includes expense reports processing and reviews, organization charts update and coordination of site visits, workshops, team events logistics.
• Support work productivity of department through coordination of administrative tasks, that includes calendar’s management, office supplies purchase and payment.
• Responsible for coordinate internal communication, such as people announcements, team’s news and updates.
• Focal point for documents file and it’s organization, according to company guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
• College graduated.
• Portuguese and English language required (Spanish desired).
• Intermediate skills in MS Office programs essential to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) with positive attitude.
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team player, exercising sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Proven ability to prioritize and be detail oriented.
• Commitment in the area of safety and controls.
