Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area of Hydro that operates as an internal service provider and partner for the entire Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, Financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company. GBS is a partner to business, continuously developing and improving services in accordance with business and corporate needs.

Responsibilities

  • Run the GBS HR Hub services, overseeing and leading all projects and improvement processes to further embed and optimize the GBS HR model, most importantly in Brazil;
  • Implementation of global projects, including improvements for ONE (Hydro HR system) and payroll integration;
  • Oversee and lead automation initiatives, including digitization, RPA (robotization), implementing global HR suite;
  • Management and quality assurance of services delivered through the GBS HR;
  • Annual strategy, budget and plans for the GBS HR;
  • Align and cooperate with Head of Global GBS HR, Lead HR BP and Global HR to develop services, priorities, strategies, processes and KPIs that meet changing business needs and continuous improvement goals;
  • Bring a customer/partner focused approach to the development, fulfillment and monitoring of customer-supplier agreements and KPIs;
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and HR policy provisions;
  • Ensure that standardized processes are maintained and executed consistently;
  • Provide operational resourcing and line management leadership to GBS HR team;
  • Chair GBS HR Management Team and the Process Improvement Forum;
  • Coordinate Team Leaders to pro-actively anticipate process and BA demand cycles and allocate resources accordingly;
  • Review and analyze error logs, complaints, performance data etc. to proactively identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Own and manage regional HR vendor agreements;
  • Ensure that issues and cases (open tickets) are escalated appropriately both internally and externally;
  • Invest in continuous improvement through training and development of GBS HR resources;
  • Participate in the BA HR Leadership Team, and GBS HR Change Board to identify and agree process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Master: Science, business, Administration, Law, Economics and equivalents;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
