Job overview
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team at G4 Global Partners – Rio de Janeiro office. The professional will support all G4 Global Partners HR Generali’s matters in Brazil and other G4´s international operations – US, Europe, Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Colombia.
Responsibilities:
- Support Human Resources with the global payroll for the G4 global workforce;
- Assist compensation analysis and strategy;
- Support HR with several purchasing orders, including global benefits and talent acquisition partners;
- Support HR´s KPIs and controls;
- Contribute to hiring and dismissal procedures globally;
- Support with Internal communication area;
- Assist with other HR projects on demand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree ongoing in Economics, Business Administration or related fields;
- Advanced English – Spanish knowledge will be a plus;
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge;
- Ability to work with numbers and analysis;
- International work experience in the area is a plus;
- Hands-On profile;
- Ability to work with a lot of autonomy;
- Committed to handling very confidential information.
