Responsibilities:
- Work on regional operations teams to ensure outstanding service levels and OKRs.
- You will develop and constantly improve processes to tackle cancellations and defect rate.
- You will be collaborating with senior management to seek and communicating business goals.
- You will be collaborating with regional and central teams to ensure actions that can leverage your results.
- Close working relationship with commercial team to tackle different kinds of problems.
- Ensure quality and elevate the level of deliverables.
- Create and develop the future vision for our operations;
- Roll up your sleeves when needed and participate in deep dive processes.
Requirements:
- Outstanding data driven mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organization and proactive mind.
- Bachelor degree.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- SQL is a must, R and/or Python is/are a plus.
- Excellent proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
