Responsible for:

Customer service via chat, social networks, telephone and tickets; – Provide an incredible customer experience with every service and interaction; – To solve the doubts and the requests related to the purchase, promotions and use of Gocase products; – Construction of reports and analysis of performance indicators; – Direct contact with the Marketing, Product and IT team; – Help maintain a culture of much autonomy, work, responsibilities and above all, growth.

Skills And Competencies:

• University student enrolled in Business Administration, Communication or related.
• Organization and committed to deadlines

• Team-orientation and an ability to communicate well with team members and managers
• Self-demanding and autonomous.
• Good with initiative and motivation to reach planned & ambitious goals.
• Ability to build relationships and gain credibility at every level of the organization.
• Assertiveness, diplomatic personality and ability to work in a changing environment.
• Strong orientation to service, customer & quality focus.

Differential:

• Experience in customer experience;
• Intermediary English
