Responsibilities
- Helps in requirements analysis and development and implementation of ideas;
- Understands decisions made by senior leadership and apply the changes to the daily routine;
- Prioritize their own time and agenda with the support of the leadership;
- Participate and help the Product Owner to organize the Scrum ceremonies;
- Attend meetings – Follow along with the Product Manager and/or GPM in routine meetings such as Plannings, Groomings, and Retrospectives. Take notes and help the PM to organize them on action items later;
- Empathizes with users’ needs and problems and helps the PM to translate those into solutions within the Product;

- Differentials:
- Previous experience with digital products.
