Activities
- Perform support activities related to Foreign Trade processes (Import and Export);
- Perform support activities related to Domestic Logistics: manage WFs and inform delivery status;
- Responsible to make a close billing check of service providers as a customs broker and freight forwarders based on existing contracts and negotiations;
- Shipping documentation checking (invoices and bills of lading);
- Preparation of control reports;
- Responsible to input logistics data and expenses inside the Import system (GTM) for proper import declaration entry;
- Carry out launches and payments from external suppliers to the Tax and Financial departments;
- Support on Temporary Exportation for Outside Vendor Process (repair we execute in US);
- Inform transit metrics monthly and provide a summary of non achievement if applicable.
