Syngenta Digital is partnering with thousands of agricultural producers around the world through practical management and decision-making technologies.
The Operations team coordinates the company’s backstage with mastery, implementing and controlling processes on different fronts, such as finance, personnel and facilities. The team ensures the smooth running of the entire company through active work with data management to support strategic decision-making.
Responsabilities:
– Dispatch of assets (equipment and peripherals), cards and benefit kits to meet HR demands – Facilities & Infrastructure;
– Dispatch of office supplies to meet the demands of field teams;
– Execution of purchases to supply consumables such as fruits, water, doses of coffee, office supplies and others;
– Inventory control of consumables, office supplies and facilities items;
– Maintenance of supplier registration in online databases and registrations;
– Maintenance of the Purchasing and Contracts database to update performance indicators.
Qualifications
Requirements:
– Studying higher level in Administration or Production Engineering;
– Good knowledge of the Office Package (mainly Excel);
– Good ability to deal with logical / analytical reasoning activities;
– Experience in academic projects or internship in corporations focused on process automation.
Desirable:
– Intermediary English;
– Basic Spanish.
