Position sumary:
- Posição exclusiva para PCD – Pessoa com Deficiência
The admnistrative specialist role will be responsable for supporting the Panregional Creative Services team (LATAM + BRAZIL) and will be a detail-oriented administrative professional with excellent organizational skills and a track record for delivering results to support multiple projects in a rapidly evolving environment.
Essential Tasks And Responsabilities:
- Input all PO into SAP and ARIBA;
- Request and elaborate vendor’s contracts with the legal team;
- FUP on all payments from the department;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial and legal transactions;
- Keep her/himself up to date and communicating the team of all changes in policies regarding administrative issues;
- Comfort multitasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals and verticals;
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement financial and legal strategies for marketing campaigns;
- Highly organized and capable of creating organizational systems that others easily utilize on the current project management platform;
Minimun requeirements:
- Administrative degree or similar.
- Experience in a finance or legal role, preferably within a creative or marketing environment.
- Knowledege of SAP, ARIBA or other similiar sofware.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Experience using business email services, such as Microsoft Outlook
- Advanced English
Aditional Requirements (nice To Have):
Production process knowledge (Pre production and Post Production).
